We are delighted to share that Arun Estates has once again been awarded the Gold Accreditation by Investors in People. Gold is one of the highest tiers in the Investors in People framework, a benchmark only awarded to the very top of 17% of organisations assessed.

What makes this achievement especially special is that we are the only estate agent in the Southeast to hold the Gold status. This reflects both how far we’ve come since our first accreditaton in 2014 and how dedicated we are to being an employer of choice.

What does an Investors in People Gold award mean?

The Investors in People Gold award is only awarded to the very top 17% of organisations assessed and we are the only estate agent in the Southeast that has received it again, which makes our achievement even more special!

Investors in People is a well-respected UK and international standard for people management. It recognises organisations that lead, support, and develop their staff to achieve excellence. To earn Gold, an organisation must consistently exceed expectations in multiple areas, not just meet minimum standards.
