Supporting our local communities

Here at Arun Estates, we are passionate about supporting our local communities across the whole of the Southeast and our staff are committed to fundraising for charities close to our hearts.

Over the years, Arun Estates have donated an incredible £16 million to charitable causes!

As a company, we believe it is important to give back to our communities and support those who need it the most and, in 2022 alone, we contributed over £2 million to charitable causes.

This is a belief that starts from our in-branch and support staff and runs all the way through to senior management and beyond.

Supporting our communities

Our team have gone to amazing lengths to raise money for their local causes.

Whether through running, cycling, swimming, triathlons, cake sales, quiz nights or washing cars, our staff have raised £750,000 in donations and fundraising for charities close to their hearts and, aside from contributing directly to our charitable partners, Arun Estates have incredible incentives to help our team reach fundraising targets. Whether that means paying your entry fee to take part in an event or internal support to promote your fundraising, we are here for you.

Arun Estates are partnered with Kent Community Foundation, Sussex Community Foundation and Essex Community Foundation and last year donated over £300,000 to support individual families and local children’s charities through applications for specific financial support.

Each year, Wards Children’s Awards celebrate Kent’s bravest, most inspirational young people and families who have triumphed in the face of adversity and those who have supported them along the way.

In 2023, we will again be supporting The Children’s Trust as our Charitable Partner. The Children’s Trust provide support to children with brain injuries and provides valuable education to families.

Through play, exploration and laughter by combining music, arts and crafts, The Children’s Trust help to give confidence and self-esteem back to children as well as building on existing skills. They offer a truly invaluable service to families living with neurodisabilities and we’re proud to continue our partnership.
