Customer Relationship Coordinator (Mortgages) - Rochester

Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £21,200 plus £400 additional commission per month for the first 4 months

On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £32,000

Location: Rochester, Medway

Work Pattern: 39 hours per week – 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday. 8:30am-4:30pm Friday. Once a month (usually 3rd Tuesday in a month) 10am-7pm. One Saturday per month (with a day off in lieu that week). One hour lunch break each day

We need motivated and driven salespeople to help secure appointments for our Mortgage Advisors within our estate agency offices and in our direct sales team.

What will you do every day?

  • Contact and build great relationships with clients from varying warm leads

  • Book in quality appointments resulting in additional mortgage & protection business for the company

  • Nurture your leads to provide a positive customer experience from start to finish

  • Meet and exceed targets relating to appointments and mortgage sign ups

  • Liaise with Mortgage Advisors to book clients in for general Mortgage reviews

  • Maintain a compliant service in line with the necessary authorities’ requirements

  • Update records using our computer software

  • Work with your colleagues in Direct Sales to boost business
