Basic Salary: £23,000 (Pro Rata) 💰

Location: Medway City Estate

Work Pattern: Monday – Friday – 10am-2pm – 20hrs per week

Arun Estates is the largest independent estate agency in the South-East of England. Our mortgage services, Mortgage Matters, is part of the Arun Estates network, which includes over 100 branches across well-known brands like Wards of Kent, Douglas Allen, Cubitt & West, and Pittis. 🏡

What will I be doing?

• Keeping clients updated on the progress of their mortgage 🏡

• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and managers 📞

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, including data protection 🔒

• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems 📂

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise 🗂
