So, what would I actually be doing?

  • Make the day count! Our morning meetings set the tone, opportunities, and tasks for the day (obviously coffee helps!)

  • Talking with customers and catching up about their property sale or purchase, so don’t be afraid of making call after call after call‿

  • Connecting people to the right properties and booking appointments for valuations, viewings and other in-house services

  • Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance

  • Meeting people at properties and providing friendly, welcoming advice

  • Providing that positively memorable experience and sometimes handing those keys over on that all-important moving day

What is in it for you?

  • A company who believes in its people, doing what is fair, what is reasonable and what is right

  • A company who believes in the development of people right from the get-go

  • Sponsorship of professionally recognised Property Mark estate agency qualifications

  • The opportunity to follow in several Directors footsteps who started right where you are now

  • A competitive basic salary and uncapped commission

  • Lots of competitions and incentives with the opportunity to win fabulous treats and prizes

  • A company that has great values for inside and outside of the business and supportive of charities and causes that are close to all our hearts

  • We also actively support our local community and charities. Last year we contributed £1million to the Barnardo’s Children’s Society and this year have contributed £750k to support our local food banks so if you are all about volunteering and helping others, we would love for you to get involved (we’ll even pay your entrance fee for specific events!)

So, what do I need?

  • Oodles of positive energy, the desire to do a great job and provide that truly memorable experience

  • An infectious personality and someone who is as excited for their customers

  • To embrace learning new skills to become the best version of yourself

  • Love the phone and connecting with customers

  • Ambition with self-motivation and able to cope with pressure at times

  • A genuine desire to care for your customers and want what is best for them

  • A full driving license and your own car

So, if you’re not sure this is you, thank you for your time, but if you do, you will love working here!
