The Job:
🤝 Welcome and engage with on-site visitors, building strong relationships to help customers find their dream home 🏠 Provide property and site information to potential buyers Capture contact details and upsell services like mortgage advice and conveyancing 📧 Stay in touch with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service 🤝 Coordinate with developers and estate agency branch colleagues
The Person:
⏰ Available to work flexible days, including weekends and bank holidays, typically between 10am-5pm Experienced in new homes site sales 👵 This role may suit retirees, but we welcome applications from all qualified candidates Responsible, reliable, well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills ❤️ A people person who loves seeing customers’ excitement when they find the perfect property!
