The Job

  • Ensuring that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in appropriate timescales
  • Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining keys and key register
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with the letting’s team
  • Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings branches
  • Negotiating with landlord and tenant over the return of disputed deposit deductions
  • Manage a database of contractors
  • Arranging property inspections
  • Supporting the team, being the go-to person for queries and questions
  • Setting a standard for processes and compliance and ensuring they are followed by everyone

The Person

  • Experienced in property management essential
  • Experienced in building and retaining portfolio stock preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form
  • Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload
  • IT Literate
  • Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a “can do” attitude with a good sense of humour
  • Experienced in supporting a team’s performance and wellbeing
  • Arla Qualified (preferred)

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £25,500
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am– 5.30pm (2 days 9.00 – 5.00pm). Option of working 1 day per week from home
