The Job
Ensuring that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in appropriate timescales
Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
Maintaining keys and key register
Maintain an excellent working relationship with the letting’s team
Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings branches
Negotiating with landlord and tenant over the return of disputed deposit deductions
Manage a database of contractors
Arranging property inspections in accordance with company policy
The Person
Experienced in property management
Experience in managing a team to a high level of performance
Experienced in building and retaining portfolio stock
Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form
Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload
IT Literate
Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a “can do” attitude with a good sense of humour
Ideally be ARLA qualified, however we will support the successful candidate to achieve this
The Package
Basic Salary: £29,000
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am– 5.30pm (2 days 9am – 5.pm), Option of working 1 day per week from home
