The Job

  • Ensuring that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in appropriate timescales

  • Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures

  • Maintaining keys and key register

  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with the letting’s team

  • Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings branches

  • Negotiating with landlord and tenant over the return of disputed deposit deductions

  • Manage a database of contractors

  • Arranging property inspections in accordance with company policy

The Person

  • Experienced in property management

  • Experience in managing a team to a high level of performance

  • Experienced in building and retaining portfolio stock

  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form

  • Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload

  • IT Literate

  • Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a “can do” attitude with a good sense of humour

  • Ideally be ARLA qualified, however we will support the successful candidate to achieve this

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £29,000

  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am– 5.30pm (2 days 9am – 5.pm), Option of working 1 day per week from home
