What’s on Offer?

Basic Salary: £21,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)

On Target Earnings: £25,000-£27,000 (Dependent on Experience) 

Location: Medway

Shift Pattern: 5 days per week (M-F) and alternate Saturdays where you would potentially work from home – day off in the week if you work the Saturday

What is it like at the centre and what will I be doing?

  • It is the central hub for our Customer and Property Care Team for all things lettings and property management and this new team is to cover and support our network of Lettings branches across the Arun network
  • You will be answering calls when our offices are busy and help our customers using our RADAR system (we will teach you this, don’t worry) to book various appointments etc.,
  • The phone really is your friend, and you will be answering inbound calls from our customers which could be “I would like to book a viewing” to “how do I go about renting my property” to “I am looking to rent a new home, can you help?” (And lots more!) 
  • Once you are fully up to speed you could also start some outbound calling to customers, maybe to persuade them in getting a property valuation with our talented team of Valuers
  • If you are competitive, then this could be the role for you, we often run fun competitions and of course there will be targets to meet
  • Kate, who heads up the team at the centre is great at supporting people and you will also get some good training in sales to help you succeed, thrive, and start your career
  • You will also be supported in studying for your Arla which is a nationally recognised qualification.
