Basic Salary: £17,110 

Location: Medway City Estate (Rochester) 

Hours: Please note this is a maternity cover position Part Time Tuesday to Thursday plus every 4th Saturday

Arun Estates is the largest independent estate agency in the Southeast of England. Our DEA & Photography team is part of the Arun Estates Estate Agency Network. Locally known as Wards of Kent, we also incorporate Douglas Allen in East London and Essex, Cubitt & West in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and Pittis on the Isle of Wight. So altogether over 100 estate agency branches! 

We have a fantastic position for an excellent co-ordinator to make appointments for our DEA/Photographers. Booking these appointments with our customers will include the offer of Professional Photography, Virtual Reality Tours, completion of Floor Plans and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s). You will be taking payments over the telephone and guiding customers to make sure their home is well presented prior the visits. 

Duties will include:

• The ability to co-ordinate appointments in a timely/logistical way

• Delivering excellent customer service and communication with our customers

• Building good relationships to work with both our customers and branches.

• Planning and preparing daily workloads to achieve effective outcomes.

• Supporting in other areas of the coordinators team 

We need you to have:

• Passion in delivering great customer service consistently.

• An excellent telephone manner

• Good time management

• The ability to talk to people at all levels.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Flexibility and always keen to help with a “can do” approach.

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
