The Job

  • Business generation and presenting to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions
  • Liaising with residential offices and developers
  • Encouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations
  • Communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately
  • Problem solving and influence outcome
  • Working towards set targets
  • Working closely with the land team

The Person

  • A New Homes Sales Professional with some experience in residential estate agents or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience
  • A proven listing / business generation track record
  • Living in the Surrey / Sussex area
  • Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
  • Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
  • Willing, confident and resilient
  • Have truly exceptional customer service, and the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Have a proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business
  • Have a full UK driving licence

The Package

Basic Salary: £Dependent on Experience

On Target Earnings: £40,000-£50,000

Work Pattern: Work Pattern: 5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
